- In a cocktail shaker, add bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, bitters, egg white, and ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled and frothy.
- Strain the mixture into an ice-filled rocks glass.
- Squeeze the lemon zest, shiny side down, over the drink to release oils. Discard the zest.
- Add a slice of orange and a cherry on a stick.
