Method
 

  1. Arrange the plastic cups on a baking sheet without their lids so they are ready to fill and easy to move later.
  2. Place the gelatin mix into a medium mixing bowl or large measuring cup. Carefully pour in the boiling water and whisk continuously until the gelatin has completely dissolved and no granules remain.
  3. Add the vodka and cold water to the dissolved gelatin mixture and whisk again until fully combined and smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the liquid into the prepared cups, filling each one most of the way while leaving space at the top for sealing.
  5. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill until the shots are fully set and firm. Once set, place lids on the cups and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
