Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Valentine sprinkles and/or M&Ms

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the room-temperature cream cheese, mini chocolate chips, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix until smooth and fully combined, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. Add about half of the sprinkles and gently stir them in. You’ll notice the color start to turn pink as the sprinkles bleed a little. That’s exactly what you want.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a small serving bowl and place it in the center of a tray or cutting board.
  4. Top with the remaining sprinkles.
  5. Surround with fruit, cookies, or whatever you feel like dipping, and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
