Lolly Cake Recipe

Lolly Cake is a no-bake dessert made with melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, crushed malt biscuits, chewy candy pieces, and coconut. Formed into logs, chilled until firm, and sliced into colorful rounds,
it’s a quick 15-minute prep treat that sets in about an hour.
Perfect for parties, lunchboxes, or anytime you want an easy, sweet snack without turning on the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 120 g butter melted
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk 160g
  • 1 packet malt biscuits crushed (250g)
  • 1 packet explorers 150g or fruit puffs, chopped
  • ½ cup coconut

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter and condensed milk together in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Add the crushed biscuits to the butter and condensed milk mixture.
  3. Add the chopped explorers or fruit puffs and mix everything together until fully combined.
  4. Turn the mixture out onto a clean surface and form two logs. Use your hands to tightly pack it together so it holds its shape.
  5. Roll the logs in coconut, making sure they are completely coated.
  6. Wrap each log in cling film and chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  7. When ready to serve, slice into pieces about 2 cm thick.
