Dirty Martini Recipe

A dirty martini is a quick, simple cocktail made by stirring chilled gin or vodka with dry vermouth and green olive brine over ice, then straining it into a cold martini glass and garnishing with green olives. It’s known for its salty, bold flavor and is best served very cold, right after making it.

Notes

This dirty martini recipe isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, stirring something cold, and enjoying it even if you spilled a little brine on the counter.
If it’s not perfect the first time, congrats. You’re doing it right. That’s mostly what this kitchen is about anyway.
