Ingredients
  

  • 1 12 ounce package angel hair pasta
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
  • 1 10.5 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
  • ¾ 8 ounce package processed cheese, cubed
  • ½ 4 ounce jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the angel hair pasta until just tender. Drain and return it to the pot.
  2. Add the chopped chicken, cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chiles, processed cheese cubes, and mushrooms.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then place the pot over low heat.
  4. Stir gently until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy while creamy and comforting.
