- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and add enough water to fully cover them. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
- Remove the chicken and let it cool slightly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the condensed soup and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Layer the chicken evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add the cooked broccoli on top, then spread the soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the dish.
- Finish by sprinkling the dry stuffing mix on top.
- Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
