Ingredients

  • 4 5-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 10.5-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pound broccoli florets cooked
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and add enough water to fully cover them. Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for about 15 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.
  3. Remove the chicken and let it cool slightly, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the condensed soup and mayonnaise until smooth.
  5. Layer the chicken evenly in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add the cooked broccoli on top, then spread the soup mixture over everything. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the dish.
  6. Finish by sprinkling the dry stuffing mix on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
