Method
- Cut off the rind of the watermelon and chop it into cubes.
- Fill a Ninja Creami pint container with diced watermelon up to the max fill line. Pour coconut water into the container until it reaches the max fill line.
- Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze overnight for 12–24 hours until completely solid.
- When ready to spin, microwave the pint for about 30 seconds or run the outside of the container under hot water for a couple of minutes.
- Place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and spin using the sorbet setting. The lite ice cream setting also works well.
- If the sorbet appears dry or crumbly after the first spin, use the re-spin function until smooth and creamy.
