2-Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet Recipe

This 2-Ingredient Watermelon Sorbet combines fresh watermelon and coconut water for a naturally sweet, dairy-free frozen treat.
After freezing overnight and spinning in the Ninja Creami, it turns into a smooth, refreshing sorbet that’s perfect for summer and requires minimal effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup+ cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup+ coconut water

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • Ninja Creami pint container
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Microwave (optional, for softening before spin)

Method
 

  1. Cut off the rind of the watermelon and chop it into cubes.
  2. Fill a Ninja Creami pint container with diced watermelon up to the max fill line. Pour coconut water into the container until it reaches the max fill line.
  3. Secure the lid and place the pint on a level surface in the freezer. Freeze overnight for 12–24 hours until completely solid.
  4. When ready to spin, microwave the pint for about 30 seconds or run the outside of the container under hot water for a couple of minutes.
  5. Place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and spin using the sorbet setting. The lite ice cream setting also works well.
  6. If the sorbet appears dry or crumbly after the first spin, use the re-spin function until smooth and creamy.
